    We support a wide range of event vendors — caterers, photographers, food trucks, DJs, desserts, equipment etc. Fiestah is your one-stop destination for any event service needs!

  • How do I request for a service?

    Just create a new event and describe your requests one at a time. Be as specific as possible to ensure accurate quotes from our vendors. For more information, see how it works.

  • When can I expect offers to come in?

    You should get an offer within 24 hours after the request is posted.

  • Can I request for specific vendors?

    Click on the “Get Quote” button available on all vendor profile pages.

  • What if vendors have questions about my request?

    Vendors can use the private messaging feature to communicate with you privately.

  • If I don’t like any of the offers I received, can I get more?

    Yes, feel free to email support@fiestah.com or call (646) 389-7678 to let us know.

  • Can I negotiate prices with vendors?

    Yes, we believe in flexibility on both sides of the party planning process.

  • How does Fiestah guarantee the quality of work?

    We verify and screen all of our vendors before having them join, and one of our biggest criteria during the interview process is quality and experience. If you are not satisfied with the quality provided at your event, please email feedback@fiestah.com and we will work with you to make things right.

  • What happens after I accept an offer?

    Once you provide your credit card information, we charge the full amount of the offer total and hold that money in escrow until 24 hours after the event, at which point we release the money to the vendor.

  • What if I have a same day event?

    Email us at support@fiestah.com or call us at (646) 389-7678 and we will do our best to get you quotes quickly.

  • How do I write a review of the vendor?

    After your event, we will send you an email asking you to write a review about your experience with each of the vendors you selected.

  • How does Fiestah protect my privacy?

    We only share your contact information with vendors you have chosen to do business with. We absolutely hate spammers too!

By Vendors

  • How much does it cost to use your services?

    It is free to register, receive leads, and submit offers for requests. We charge a commission fee only when your offer is accepted by the event organizer. So Fiestah only makes money when you do!

  • How do I get paid?

    The event organizer pays the full amount upfront once they have accepted your offer. After you perform your service, the money will be released directly to your bank account 24 hours after the event.

  • How do I get a deposit?

    Typically, security deposits are no longer necessary since the organizer pays the full amount upfront. However, if you still need to be paid first, feel free to contact us for further arrangements.

  • How do I know when new requests are available?

    If the request is a strong match, we’ll notify you via email about the opportunity for you to review and to make an offer.

  • What happens if the event organizer cancels after accepting the offer?

    Please clearly state your cancellation terms in the “Terms & Conditions” section when making an offer. We will hold our event organizers to those terms.

  • When should I make an offer for a new request?

    You should make your offer as soon as you have the opportunity. People who plan events want to book vendors immediately and get quotes from more than one.

  • How do I communicate with the event organizer?

    On your dashboard, you can send private messages to to event organizers whom you have made offers to.
